    I’m on my third fitbook now and plan to continue using this awesome tool. Lately I’ve even started giving this as gifts and I have received great feedback. My fitbook is the perfect way to stay accountable on the exercise I put in (which is generally easy for me) and the foods I put in my mouth (not so easy). It really keeps me focused on my fitness and nutrition goals and helps me identify my weak areas. It’s the perfect size too, I carry it in my purse and it sits in front of me at my desk reminding me to take my vitamins, drink my water, get in my healthy servings of good nutritious food, and to stay away from bad food temptations. I love the layout, its all organized to track all the important elements like time you had your meals; how you felt i.e. satisfied, still hungry, etc; exercise broken down by strenght, cardio, and flexibility; nutrient tracker; weekly goals, etc. I’d recommend this to anyone who is serious about reaching their health, fitness, and nutrition goals! I can’t wait to see what other products this company comes out with – their committment to helping others live healthier lives is more than evident.

    I just bought my first fit book about 5 weeks ago. Using this book has helped me keep track of my nutrition and exercise in such a way that I’ve lost some pounds. The nutrition page has room for notes for each meal as well as a face that you can circle. If you made a good choice for the meal, you can circle the smiley face. There is also a frowny face and a neutral face. At the bottom of the nutrition page, there is a tracker that you can use to track the food groups you’ve eaten so far. On the exercise page, you not only record your workout but you can also rate it. The choices are killer, good, so-so, blah, and oops-I missed it. I have found that I can’t wait to record my workout once I’ve completed it. If you’re looking to lose weight, make healthier choices, or to challenge yourself, this book is for you!

    I LOVE my Fitbook! At first, I wasn’t sure how it would work for me. I generally set monthly goals, so I wasn’t sure about setting long-term, three month goals and then mini weekly goals. But I did it because I really wanted to see if it would work for me!

    Well…it worked! In the twelve weeks I had my first Fitbook I lost five pounds, 1.25 inches from my waist, 1 inch of my hips, 1 inch off each bicep, and a half inch off of each thigh. My body looks and feels different — good different! I finally am strong and toned and it’s from the commitment to strength training. And losing five pounds was a nice bonus!

    I’m a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and life coach, and I recommend Fitbook to everyone I work with. It doesn’t tell you WHAT to do. It just helps you do it. And that’s exactly what so many people need. If you’ve ever felt like, “Ugh, I just can’t keep myself accountable” or “I know how to lose weight but I just can’t stick to it,” then this product is perfect. I love it. It’s like this cute little friend who checks in on you each day. It’s convenient, discreet, detailed…I seriously can’t go a day without mine!
