    I’m not sure why the author doesn’t charge for this. The correct postural alignment photos and descriptions are on point! I am recommending this to my friends. It was an easy read and super easy to follow with the day by day instructions. I am very pleased with this!

    This is a great idea. Everybody likes to try to firm up their ab muscles. This books has good exercises, but the thing I really liked was the numerous photos showing how exactly to do each exercise. Without that, it might have been a little tricky.

    Nicely done – recommend!

    8 or 9 days in and im seeing great things. im seeing my abs again! granted im slightly overweight according to BMI im 5’5 150ish lbs.

    Pros;
    fast workouts
    detailed
    photos included for exact positioning
    challenging
    able to be done anywhere
    no weights required (thus far)

    this book was free from amazon on kindle. i seen a lot of good reviews and figured what have i got to lose? a bloated, pouchy belly thats what! i am not currently dieting i’ve just cut simple things like beef and pork. im sticking to chicken, seafood and soups this includes at fast food joints. im not a “hard core dieter” i dont count calories, i dont prep meals, and i dont feel guilty when i eat food. the only thing i have added is Syntha6 peanut butter shake powder to my diet to help with sore muscles.

    this will leave you feeling extremely sore! you wont be able to laugh! you wont be able to lie down then get up but thats just means its working. i can already see the results. i can see my abs coming back mostly on the sides by my ribs and i also noticed my upper abs coming out.

    ive also been doing the Power Press Perfect push up with this and that to includes ab workouts though not nearly as intense.

    for the simple price of Free is was worth the download!
