The 21-Day Exercise Challenge, the second book in the 21-Day Challenge series!

Are you tired of being lazy, out of shape and lacking energy?

Are you ready to understand and dis-empower your excuses, start taking care of yourself and to move that body of yours as a daily habit?

Everybody can agree that having a more active lifestyle is a good thing. Nobody would argue that we couldn’t all do a little more exercise. And yet … why is it so hard to actually do it? If you’re reading this, you’ve probably gotten fed up with how difficult it is to always be starting a new exercise regime, only to go back to your old habits in a few weeks.

More exercise in life means better health, better resistance against illness and injury, better mood and sunnier outlook on life, higher self confidence, clearer and healthier skin, improved muscle tone and strength, enhanced metabolism, deeper and more restful sleep, more flexibility and hey, maybe even a little weight loss thrown in.

But I know you know all that. You know that it is a good idea to be more active – now; it’s just a question of how.

The 21-Day Exercise Challenge will help you to:

  • Get clear on your personal goals and motivation
  • Enjoy exercise again
  • Understand and overcome your excuses
  • Incorporate exercise in your busy lifestyle
  • Make small lasting changes with a big impact
  • Stay motivated during and after the 21-Day Challenge
  • ..and much more inside!

Learn how to make and keep exercise an enjoyable part of your lifestyle TODAY! Are you ready to take the challenge?

I recently downloaded The 21-Day Minimalist Challenge and really loved the concept of short, actionable advice that you can implement in 21 days to make effective changes in your life. So when I saw there were other titles in the series, it was a no-brainer to pick up this book too.

What I like about the 21-Day Challenges is that they are not aimed at setting huge life-changing goals for yourself and making massive changes as quickly as possible. I’ve made too many overambitious, unsuccessful new year’s resolutions to know that this approach simply doesn’t work. The bigger and more ambitious your goals, the more you set yourself up for failure.

The 21-Day Challenges on the other hand, take a more realistic approach and are aimed at making lots of small, simple changes to gradually form new habits that will eventually get you where you want to be. This is much more effective and easier to follow through with and keep motivated. This is crucial especially when it comes to exercising, as it is oh so easy to start slacking.

This book helped me in finding some good motivation to really start exercising on a regular basis and I’m already feeling much better as a result. Especially putting the challenge of Day Four “Active Hobbies” into practice helped me a lot. I bought a mountain bike and started biking off-road trails. This is way more fun than jogging and makes it a lot easier for me to have a consistent workout routine. I used to make up a lot of excuses to not have to go running, but now I’m actually looking forward to go out on my bike!

I also found the Challenge for Day 17 – “Turning bad habits into good ones” – a very useful one. It helps me out a lot and I use it just about every day. All in all, a very useful book for if you’re looking for some effective ways to start exercising more and get in better shape.

I think we all know how to be successful; our teachers, our parents everyone gave us so many advices about success; yet we fail. The contents given in this book are not totally new to me. Actually the words are kind of old. But the presentation and expression are new. The book illustrates the very old ideologies in a brand new way. In this book the significance of small changes in habit, sources of motivation and self-motivation, finding the core purpose of any task are described in an excellent manner. The uniqueness of this book is that it explains how to live in a lively way, how to accept everything as a part of life not as a chore. One thing to remember, this book won’t make you successful in twenty-one days, rather it will make you prepared to walk in path of achieving success.

This book doesn’t just give you information and expect you to know what to do right out of the gates. You’re guided through each day, and best of all the excuses you formulate in your head are addressed directly.

Excellent for beginners and would highly recommend for “seasoned” athletes. This book serves as a gut check and mental coach to stay on track!
